Roy Bailey dead

Born 1935 In Bow.  His house was hit by a V2 during the war.
Very talented folk musician
Supporter of socialist ideology and the expansion of higher education through the polytechnique system.

I got to hear him for the first time on Belgium radio in a song called "HERALD OF fREE ENTERPRISE. ON  an anniversary of the sinking.

Thanks for posting this. I am sad to say that I do not recall ever hearing of the man. I am all the more shamed as I studied sociology at Enfield Campus as a part time student.
