Hi Ken I definitely would not like to be a burglar breaking into your property because he/she would soon show who is the governor no messing.

Hi Harry, my gentle Boxer, her name is Keva, does have a wild side & being a powerful, muscular breed would certainly leave her mark on any unwelcome intruder. She is obedient, well behaved & good company, she will also be helpful in clearing away any Xmas food leftovers.
It would make an interesting topic for this forum, Im sure the members will have pets to talk about, no not their 2 legged ones. Pity that photos are not that easy to display on the forum.
Ken.

Hi Ken reading your post I started to wonder where the name Keva came from was it from you visit abroad during National Service??. It seems unusual as most of the dog names you usually hear are spot ,judy, max ,etc.
We had dogs at various times as kids growing up in the forties = Buller, one Spot ,one Scottie named Mack but none with what I would call exotic!!. Regards Harry.I.

Hi Harry, my Boxer was named by a very good friend who is of Irish parents & evidently Keva means  precious, which she certainly is to me. The photo that I posted was taken when she was around 8 months old, she is now 5 years & hasnt slowed down & still as nutty, but lovely to have around the home.
The exotic names that I picked up whilst on national Service could not be posted here, the Moderators would not like it.
Ken.
